Based on DNR’s response, Oversight will assume the amount of application fees collected pursuant to §444.781.8 would not be material. Officials from the Office of Administration - Administrative Hearing Commission did not respond to Oversight’s request for fiscal impact for this proposal; however, Oversight assumes any increase in workload will be minimal as a result of this proposal. Officials from the Ste. Genevieve County Health Department and the Ste. Genevieve Public Water Supply District #1 did not respond to Oversight’s request for fiscal impact for this proposal.
