FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Natural Resources assume the proposal will have no fiscal 
impact on their organization. Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. 
Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note.  Based on DNR’s response, 
Oversight will assume the amount of application fees collected pursuant to §444.781.8 would not 
be material.
Officials from the Office of Administration - Administrative Hearing Commission did not 
respond to Oversight’s request for fiscal impact for this proposal; however, Oversight assumes 
any increase in workload will be minimal as a result of this proposal.
Officials from the Ste. Genevieve County Health Department and the Ste. Genevieve Public 
Water Supply District #1 did not respond to Oversight’s request for fiscal impact for this 
proposal.
