Uponvoterapproval,thisConstitutional amendmentwould,beginning
January1,2025,exemptfromtaxationtherealpropertyuseasa
homesteadofcertaindisabledveteransasfollows:
(1)Veteransassignedadisabilityratingof30%to49%shallhave
$2,500oftheirtotalassessedpropertyvaluationexemptfrom
taxation;
(2)Veteransassignedadisabilityratingof50%to69%shallhave
$5,000oftheirtotalassessedpropertyvaluationexemptfrom
taxation;and
(3)Veteransassignedadisabilityratingof70%to100%shall
haveallofthevalueoftheirtotalassessedpropertyexemptfrom
taxation.
