retailtheftifheorshecommitsaseriesoftheftsofretail
merchandiseonthepremisesofamerchantorthroughtheuseofthe
Internetwiththeintenttoreturnthemerchandisetothemerchant
forvalueorresell,trade,orbarterthemerchandiseforvaluein
anymanner.
TheoffenseoforganizedretailtheftisaclassCfelonyifthe
aggregatevalueofthepropertyorservices,asdeterminedunder
thebill,involvedinalltheftscommittedduringa120dayperiod
isbetween$1,500and$10,000andaclassBfelonyifsuch
aggregatevalueisover$10,000. Inadditiontoanyotherpenalty,
thepersonwhoviolatestheprovisionsofthisbillwillbeordered
topayrestitution.
