17undersection190.143.Anyfeesdueforacriminalbackgroundcheckshallbepaidbythe

17subsection1ofthissectionshallincludearequirementthateachjuvenileofficer
18annuallycompletesonehourofsexandhumantraffickingtrainingconsistentwiththe
19guidelinesestablishedinsection27.170.Theprovisionsofthissubsectionshallbecome
20effectiveonJanuary1,2025,andshallexpireonDecember31,2029.
335.059.1.Eachregisterednurse,licensedpracticalnurse,andadvanced
2practiceregisterednurselicensedunderthischaptershallannuallycompleteonehour
3ofsexandhumantraffickingtrainingconsistentwiththeguidelinesestablishedin
4section27.170.
5 2.Thestateboardofnursingshallnotrenewthelicenseofanursesubjecttothe
6requirementundersubsection1ofthissectionunlessthenursehasdemonstrated
7compliancewithsuchrequirement.
8 3.TheprovisionsofthissectionshallbecomeeffectiveonJanuary1,2025,and
9shallexpireonDecember31,2029.
337.618.1.Eachlicenseissuedpursuanttotheprovisionsofsections337.600to
2337.689shallexpireonarenewaldateestablishedbythedirector.Thetermoflicensureshall
3betwenty-fourmonths.Thecommitteeshallrequireaminimumnumberofthirtyclockhours
4ofcontinuingeducationforrenewalofalicenseissuedpursuanttosections337.600to
5337.689,includingtwohoursofsuicideassessment,referral,treatment,andmanagement
6training.Thecommitteeshallrenewanylicenseuponapplicationforarenewal,completion

14 2.Notwithstandingsubsection1ofthissectionoranyprovisionoflaworruleof
15evidencerequiringcorroborationofstatements,admissionsorconfessionsofthedefendant,
16andnotwithstandinganyprohibitionofhearsayevidence,astatementbyachildwhenunder
17theageof[fourteen] eighteen, oravulnerableperson,whoisallegedtobevictimofan
18offenseunderchapter565,566,568or573issufficientcorroborationofastatement,
19admissionorconfessionregardlessofwhetherornotthechildorvulnerablepersonis
20availabletotestifyregardingtheoffense.
21 3.Astatementmaynotbeadmittedunderthissectionunlesstheprosecutingattorney
22makesknowntotheaccusedortheaccused'scounselhisorherintentiontoofferthe
23statementandtheparticularsofthestatementsufficientlyinadvanceoftheproceedingsto
24providetheaccusedortheaccused'scounselwithafairopportunitytopreparetomeetthe
25statement.
26 4.Nothinginthissectionshallbeconstruedtolimittheadmissibilityofstatements,
27admissionsorconfessionsotherwiseadmissiblebylaw.
28 5.Forthepurposesofthissection,"vulnerableperson"shallmeanapersonwho,asa
