SectionA.Section41.958,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection41.958,toreadasfollows:
41.958.1.Whenrequestedbythecommanderofanyrecognizedveterans'
2organization,militarycommanderorbyanyfriendorrelativeofadeceasedpersonorthe
3directorofafuneralhomeforanydeceasedpersonwhoservedintheArmedForcesofthe
4UnitedStatesduringatimeofwarorisotherwiseentitledtomilitaryhonorsattheperson's
5burial,internmentormemorialservice,theadjutantgeneralshall,subjecttoappropriation,
6ordertheappropriaterequesteduniformedhonordetailtoattendandrendertheappropriate
7servicesorrequestandcoordinatetheappropriatedetailwitharecognizedveterans'
8organization.Subjecttoappropriation,theadjutantgeneralshallensurethatappropriate
9servicerecordsarecollectedauthorizingthehonordetail,shallensurethatthehonordetail
10meetstheappropriatemilitaryrequirementsforuniformandconduct,shallensurethatifa
11recognizedveterans'organizationrenderstheservices,theorganizationiscompensatedfor
12servicesthroughtheMissouriNationalGuardtrustfund,shallprovideassistanceintraining
13honordetailsforrecognizedveterans'organizations,andshallserveasthecoordinatorfor
14militaryfuneralsandsuchdetailswhenrequested.[Theamountpaidveterans'organizations
15shallbedeterminedbytheadjutantgeneral] Anyrecognizedveterans'organizationthat
16rendersservicesunderthissectionshallbecompensatedintheamountoftwohundred

20section.Noruleorportionofarulepromulgatedpursuanttotheauthorityofthissectionshall
21beeffectiveunlessithasbeenpromulgatedpursuanttotheprovisionsofchapter536.
