67.2677.1.Forpurposesofsections67.2675to67.2714,thefollowingtermsmean:
2 (1)"Cableoperator",asdefinedin47U.S.C.Section522(5);
3 (2)"Cablesystem",asdefinedin47U.S.C.Section522(7);
4 (3)"Franchise",aninitialauthorization,orrenewalofanauthorization,issuedbya
5franchisingentity,regardlessofwhethertheauthorizationisdesignatedasafranchise,permit,
6license,resolution,contract,certificate,agreement,orotherwise,thatauthorizestheprovision
7ofvideoserviceandanyaffiliatedorsubsidiaryagreementsrelatedtosuchauthorization;
8 (4)"Franchisearea",thetotalgeographicareaauthorizedtobeservedbyan
9incumbentcableoperatorinapoliticalsubdivisionasofAugust28,2007,or,inthecaseofan
10incumbentlocalexchangecarrier,assuchtermisdefinedin47U.S.C.Section251(h),or
