6tobefilledandthedatebywhichcandidatesmustbeselectedorfiledfortheoffice.Within
7oneweekpriortoeachspecialelectiontofillavacancyheldinitsjurisdiction,theelection
8authorityshallcauselegalnoticeoftheelectiontobepublishedintwonewspapersof

115.277.1.Aregisteredvoterofthisstatemaycastanabsenteeballotinpersonata
2locationdesignatedbytheelectionauthorityforallcandidatesandissuesforwhichsuchvoter
3iseligibletovoteatthepollingplaceifsuchvoterexpectstobepreventedfromgoingtothe

315withtheprovisionsofthissection,thetaxpayermaymakeaformalcomplaintwiththe
