Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note for these agencies. Oversight notes this proposal allows the mayor of a 4 th class city to appoint a member to a local board or commission if the prospective appointee owns real property or a business in the city. Oversight assumes the proposal will not have a direct fiscal impact.
