2thereof,tobeknownassection233.095,toreadasfollows:
233.095.Saidboardshallhaveauthoritytoexpend[notmorethanone-fourthofthe]
2revenuewhichmaynoworwhichmayhereafterbepaidintoitstreasuryforthepurposeof
3gradingandrepairinganyroadsorstreetswithinthecorporatelimitsofanycitywithinsaid
4specialroaddistrictinconformitywiththeestablishedgradeofsaidroadsandstreetsinsaid
5citiesandforthepurposeofconstructingandmaintainingmacadam,gravel,rockorpaved
6roadsorstreetswithinthecorporatelimitsofanycitywithinthesaidspecialroaddistrictin
7conformitywiththeestablishedgradeofsaidroadsandstreetsinsaidcity[;provided,that].
8Theboardshallhaveauthoritytolimittheexpendituretothepercentageequaltothe
