notmorethanone-fourththedistrict'srevenuewithinthe
corporatelimitsofanycitywithinthedistrict.
Thisbillremovestherestriction,butauthorizestheSpecialRoad
DistrictBoardtolimitanexpendituretothepercentageequalto
theroadmileagewithinacitywithinthespecialroaddistrict
dividedbythetotalroadmilesofthespecialroaddistrict.
