Acandidatewhoisharmedbyaviolationofthissectionmayseek injunctiveorotherequitablereliefprohibitingthepublicationof thedeepfake. Penaltiesarespecifiedinthebill. ThebillalsoaddsbusinesssubscriberstotheNo-CallListand specifiesthatapersondoesnothavetorenewhisorherobjection toreceivingsolicitations. Thebillestablishesthe"CallerIDAnti-SpoofingAct"which createstheoffenseofcalleridentification spoofing. Thefirst offenseisaclassCmisdemeanorandanysubsequentoffensesarea classAmisdemeanor. Exceptionstotheoffensearespecifiedin thebill.
