ThisbillrevisesthePropertyAssessmentCleanEnergyActby
makingitinapplicabletoresidentialproperty. Thebillprovides
guidanceforanyresidentialpropertiesapprovedfortheprogram
betweenJanuary1,2022,andAugust28,2024.Thebillclarifies
thatacleanenergydevelopmentboardcanacquireloansor
assessmentcontractsfromotherstatesandtheirmunicipalities and
politicalsubdivisionstoserveacommonpurposeofproviding
financingsupportforcreditenhancementforanyproject.
