60regulatethemanufacture,possession,exchange,anduseoffirearmswithinthebordersofthis 61state,subjectonlytothelimitsimposedbyAmendmentIIoftheConstitutionoftheUnited 62StatesandtheConstitutionofMissouri;and 63 (10)ThegeneralassemblyofthestateofMissouristronglypromotesresponsiblegun 64ownership,includingparentalsupervisionofminorsintheproperuse,storage,andownership
