3productsaregradedandproduced,transported,processed,manufactured,distributed,labeled,
4andsoldunderstatemilkinspectionandthesamehasalsobeenproducedorpasteurizedas
5requiredbyaregulationauthorizedbysection196.939andunderproperpermitsissued
6thereunder.Onlypasteurizedgradedfluidmilkandfluidmilkproductsasdefinedin
7[subdivision(3)of]section196.931shallbesoldtothefinalconsumer,ortorestaurants,soda
8fountains,grocerystores,orsimilarestablishments;exceptthat:
9 (1)RetailrawmilkorcreamorrawmilkproductsproducedinMissourimaybe
10soldtogrocerystores,farmersmarkets,orsimilarestablishmentsaslongastheretail
11rawmilkorcreamorrawmilkproductisclearlylabeled:"WARNING:Thisproduct
12hasnotbeenpasteurizedand,therefore,maycontainharmfulbacteriathatcancause
13seriousillnessinchildren,theelderly,andpersonswithweakenedimmunesystems.";
14and
15 (2)Anindividualwhoisthefinalconsumermaypurchaseandhavedeliveredto
16[him] theindividualfor[his]theindividual'sownuserawmilkorcreamorrawmilk
17productfromafarm.
