4 (2)"Insurer",anyinsurancecompany,association,orexchangeauthorizedto
5issuepoliciesofautomobileinsuranceinthisstate;
6 (3)"Telematicssystem",asystemordeviceinavehiclethatretrievesdata
7generatedbythevehicle,includingthevehicle'sglobalpositioningsystemposition,
