2enactedinlieuthereof,tobeknownassections115.133and115.135,toreadasfollows:
115.133.1.Exceptasprovidedinsubsection2ofthissection,anycitizenofthe
2UnitedStateswhoisaresidentofthestateofMissouriandseventeenyearsandsixmonthsof
3ageoroldershallbeentitledtoregisterandtovoteinanyelectionwhichisheldonorafter
4hiseighteenthbirthday.
5 2.Nopersonwhoisadjudgedincapacitatedshallbeentitledtoregisterorvote.No
6personshallbeentitledtovote:
7 (1)Whileconfinedunderasentenceofimprisonment;
8 (2)Whileonprobationorparoleafterconvictionofafelony,untilfinallydischarged
9fromsuchprobationorparole;or
10 (3)Afterconvictionofafelonyormisdemeanorconnectedwiththerightofsuffrage.

115.135.1.Anypersonwhoisqualifiedtovote,orwhoshallbecomequalifiedto
