SectionA.Chapter226,RSMo,isamendedbyaddingtheretoonenewsection,tobe
2knownassection226.1210,toreadasfollows:
226.1210.1.Thereisherebyestablishedinthestatetreasurythe"Interstate49
2ExpansionTrustFund".Thefundshallconsistofrevenuesappropriatedtoitbythe
3generalassembly.
4 2.Thefundmayalsoreceiveanygifts,contributions,grants,orbequests
5receivedfromfederal,private,orothersources.
6 3.Thefundshallbearevolvingtrustfundexemptfromtheprovisionsofsection
733.080relatingtothetransferofunexpendedbalancesbythestatetreasurertothe
8generalrevenuefundofthestate.Allinterestearneduponthebalanceinthefundshall
9bedepositedtothecreditofthefund.
10 4.Moneysinthefundshallbewithdrawnonlyuponappropriationbythe
11generalassembly,tobeadministeredbythestatehighwaysandtransportation
12commissionandthedepartmentoftransportationfortheexpansionofInterstate49
13fromEast155thStreetinBeltontoWestMechanicStreetinHarrisonvilleandforno
14otherpurpose.

intendedtobeomittedfromthelaw.Matterinbold-facetypeintheabovebillisproposedlanguage. 15 5.TheprovisionsofthissectionshallterminateonAugust28,2035,atwhich
