52.269.1.Inallcounties,exceptfirstclassificationcountieshavingacharterformof

4collectorshallreceiveanannualsalarywhichshallbepaidinequalmonthlyinstallmentsby
5thecounty.Thesalaryshallbecomputedonanassessedvaluationbasisasprovidedinthis
6subsection.Theassessedvaluationfactorshallbetheamountasshownfortheyearnext
7precedingtheannualsalarycomputation.Acountycollectorsubjecttotheprovisionsofthis
8sectionshallnotreceiveanannualcompensationlessthanthetotalcompensationbeing

10periodbeginningMarch1,1987,andendingFebruary29,1988.Thecountycollectorshall
