marriageisunder18yearsofageandtheotherpartyisover21
yearsofage.Additionally,nomarriagelicensecanbeissuedif
anypartytothemarriageisunder18yearsofagewithoutparental
consent.
Thisbillrepealsthoseprovisionssonomarriagelicensecanbe
issuedinMissouriforindividualsunder18yearsofage.
