22,000and25,000to,uponvoterapproval,levyasalestaxofup
to2%onthechargesforallsleepingroomspaidbyguestsof
hotels,motels,bedandbreakfasts,andcampgroundsforthe
promotionoftourism.
Uponenactment,thiswillapplytotheCityofRichmond.
