Thisbillamendstheprovisionsofthelawrelatingtosmoking
regulations,knownasthe"IndoorCleanAirAct",toprovidethat
thesmokingofmarijuanawillbesubjecttothesameregulations
andcontrolsasthesmokingoftobacco. Thisbillalsoamends
Section290.145,RSMo,toprovide,inadditiontothelawfuluseof
alcoholortobacco,itmustbeimproperemploymentpracticeto
refusetohire,todischarge,ortootherwisedisadvantageany
employeeforthelawfuluseofmarijuana,unlesssuchuse
interfereswiththedutiesandperformanceoftheemployee.
