Thisbillcreatestheoffenseofimpeding,threatening,or
harassingafirstresponder,whichapersoncommitsifaperson,
afterreceivinganoralwarningfromanindividualthepersonknows
orreasonablyshouldknowisafirstresponderengagedinthe
performanceofhisorherdutiesasafirstrespondernotto
approachandthepersonwillfullyviolatesthewarningand
approachesorremainswithin25feetofthefirstresponderwith
theintenttoimpedeorinterferewiththefirstresponder
performinghisorherduties,threatenthefirstresponder,or
harassthefirstresponder. TheoffenseisaclassDmisdemeanor.
