2knownassection208.036,toreadasfollows:
208.036.1.SubjecttoanynecessarywaiversorapprovalsfromtheUnited
2StatesDepartmentofAgriculture,anypersonwhopaysaspenddowntobecomeor
3remaineligibleforMOHealthNetbenefitsshallbeautomaticallyenrolledinthe
4supplementalnutritionassistanceprogram.Thedepartmentofsocialservicesshall
5determinetheproceduresforautomaticenrollmentinthesupplementalnutrition
6assistanceprogram.
7 2.Thedepartmentofsocialservicesshallseekanynecessarywaiversorstate
8planamendmentsfromtheUnitedStatesDepartmentofAgriculturerequesting
9approvalfortheautomaticenrollmentdescribedinthissection.
10 3.Thedepartmentofsocialservicesmaypromulgaterulestoimplementthe
11provisionsofthissection.Anyruleorportionofarule,asthattermisdefinedinsection
12536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthissectionshallbecome
13effectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoalloftheprovisionsofchapter536and,
14ifapplicable,section536.028.Thissectionandchapter536arenonseverableandifany
15ofthepowersvestedwiththegeneralassemblypursuanttochapter536toreview,to
16delaytheeffectivedate,ortodisapproveandannularulearesubsequentlyheld
