CentersforMedicareandMedicaidServices(CMS),thisbill
providesthatanychildundertheageof19whohasreceiveda
positivediagnosisofphenylketonuria, oranyothermetabolicor
geneticdiseaseforwhichtestingisprescribedbytheDepartment
ofHealthandSeniorServices,iseligibletobeenrolledinMO
HealthNetcoverage. Thechildwillremaineligibleandbe
continuouslyenrolled,withoutconsiderationofassetorincome
limitprovisionsoranychangesthereto,untilheorshereaches
age19.Aparentorguardianisnotrequiretore-certify
eligibilityforthechildbeforethe19thbirthdayunlessthechild
movedoutofthestateortheparentorguardianoptedoutof
coverageforthechildaftertheinitialenrollment.
