Thisbillestablishesthe"RestoringArtisticProtectionActof
2025",whichspecifiesthat,subjecttoexceptionsprovidedinthe
bill,evidenceofadefendant's"creativeorartisticexpression",
asdefinedinthebill,whetheroriginalorderivative,isnot
admissibleagainstthedefendantinacriminalcaseexceptunder
certaincircumstances.
Ifthecourtadmitsanysuchevidence,thecourtmustensurethat
theexpressionisredactedinamannertolimittheevidence
presentedtothejuryandthecourtmustprovideappropriate
limitinginstructionstothejury.
