2knownassection21.489,toreadasfollows:
21.489.1.Thesponsorofabillshallremainpresentinthehearingroomforthe
2entiretyofthepublichearingonsuchbill.
3 2.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsubsection1ofthissection,thebillsponsor
4mayleavethehearingroomtoattendtohealthorpersonalneedsandshallreturntothe
5hearingroomwithintenminutes.
