227.503.Thebi-directionalpedestrianandbicyclepathontheSamGravesHeartof
2AmericaBridge,whichcarriesRoute9overtheMissouriRiverinKansasCity,Missouri,
3shallbedesignatedthe"BobWattsMemorialBicycle&PedestrianBridge".Thedepartment
4oftransportationshallerectandmaintainappropriatesignsdesignatingsuchpedestrianand
5bicyclelane,withthecoststobepaidforbyprivatedonations.
