Thisbillwouldmodifytheboardmake-upforthecity-county
libraryboardforSt.Charles. ForappointmentsafterJanuary1,
2026,thefourcitymemberappointmentswillbesplitbetweenthe
mayorsofthefourmostpopulouscitieswithinthecountybasedon
thedecennialcensus.
