mustnotberefundedtothetaxpayer,anditmustnotbecarried
forwardtoanyfollowingtaxyear.Thisbillprovidesthat,forall
taxyearsbeginningonandafterJanuary1,2026,taxcredits
issuedundertheprovisionsofthissectionshallberefundable.
