7primarilytosupplementtheheadlampsinprovidinggeneralilluminationaheadofavehicle;
8 (3)"Headlamp"meansamajorlightingdevicecapableofprovidinggeneral
9illuminationaheadofavehicle;
10 (4)"Mountingheight"meansthedistancefromthecenterofthelamptothesurface
11onwhichthevehiclestands;

26mannerasdefinedinsection304.012.Theprovisionsofthissectionshallbeinterpretedto
27requirelightedlampsduringperiodsoffogevenifusageofthewindshieldwipersisnot
28necessarytooperatethevehicleinacarefulandprudentmanner.Lightedlampsshallalso
29berequiredatalltimesforanyvehiclethatisprimarilythesamecolorasthesurfacethe
30vehicleisdrivingon.
