credentialingboardasaqualifiedbehavioralanalyst. The
applicantmustalsoprovideproofthatheorshehasanactive
statusasaqualifiedbehavioranalyst.
Currently,anapplicantforalicensetopracticeasalicensed
assistantbehavioralanalysthastohavepassedanexaminationand
beencertifiedasaboard-certifiedassistantbehavioranalystbya
certifyingentity.
Thisbillallowstheapplicanttohavepassedanexaminationand
beencertifiedbythequalifiedappliedbehavioranalysis
credentialingboardasaqualifiedautismservicespractitioner-
supervisor. Theapplicantmustalsosheproofthatheorshehas
anactivestatusasaqualifiedautismservicespractitioner-
supervisor.
