ThebillspecifiesthatanypersonwhowasawardedtheAfghanistan
CampaignmedalandtheIraqCampaignmedal,andiseithercurrently
servingorhonorablydischarged,canapplyfortheplateswiththe
words"AFGHANISTAN&IRAQVETERAN"byprovidingproofofservice
andpayinga$15fee.Theplatescanbepersonalizedatnoextra
cost.ApersonwhowasawardedtheAfghanistanCampaignmedalcan
applyforalicenseplatewiththewords"AFGHANISTANVETERAN".
Thisbillstatesthatthereisnolimitonthenumberofplatesa
personcanobtain,aslongasheorsheownsthevehicle,andthat
theplatesarenottransferabletoanyoneelse.
