Currently,iftheamountoftheMissouriworkingfamilytaxcredit
exceedsthetaxliability,thedifferencemustnotberefundedto
thetaxpayer,anditmustnotbecarriedforwardtoanyfollowing
taxyear.Thisbillprovidesthat,foralltaxyearsbeginningon
andafterJanuary1,2026,taxcreditsissuedundertheprovisions
ofthissectionmustberefundable.
