115.277.1.Aregisteredvoterofthisstatemaycastanabsenteeballotinpersonata
2locationdesignatedbytheelectionauthorityforallcandidatesandissuesforwhichsuchvoter
3iseligibletovoteatthepollingplaceifsuchvoterexpectstobepreventedfromgoingtothe
4pollstovoteonelectiondayduetooneofthereasonslistedinsubsection3ofthissection.A
5registeredvotercastingaballotundertheprovisionsofthissubsectionshallprovideaformof
