ThisbillallowstheHousebudgetchairandtheSenate
appropriationchairtocreatetheforms,uponadvicefromthe
budgetdirector,andallowsthechairstorequireadditionaldetail
andinformationfromthedepartmentsasoutlinedinthebill.
