5removedfromtheregistryundersection589.401;

51personresidesunlesssuchpersonhasalreadyregisteredinthatcountyforthesameoffense.
52Foranyjuvenileundersubdivision(6)ofsubsection1ofthissection,withinthreebusiness
53daysofadjudicationorreleasefromcommitmenttothedivisionofyouthservices,the

55lawenforcementofficialofthecountyorcitynotwithinacountyinwhichheorsheresides

3requiringregistrationwascommittedtohavehisorhernameremovedfromthesexual
4offenderregistry.
5 2.Apersonwhoisrequiredtoregisterinthisstatebecauseofanoffensethatwas
6adjudicatedinanotherjurisdictionshallfilehisorherpetitionforremovalaccordingtothe
7lawsofthestate,federal,territory,tribal,ormilitaryjurisdiction,theDistrictofColumbia,or
8foreigncountryinwhichhisorheroffensewasadjudicated.Uponthegrantofthepetition
