Thisbillcreatesprocedurestoappointcommissionerstoany
conventioncalledunderArticleVoftheConstitutionoftheUnited
States.
AfterornearthetimeanArticleVConventioniscalled,ajoint
legislativecommitteemustbecreatedtorecommendnamesandsubmit
recommendedinstructionsforcommissionerstoaconventionwith
suchrecommendedappointmentsandinstructionssubjecttoapproval
bytheGeneralAssembly.
Byconcurrentresolution,theGeneralAssemblymaychangeor
supersedeanyactionofthejointlegislativecommittee,recall
commissionersoralternatestotheconvention,orappointnew
commissionersoralternates.
