"masteragreements"forarchitecture,engineering,orland
surveyingservicesonanas-neededbasisforindefiniteprojects
overadefinedperiod.Theseagreements,notexceeding$100,000
perproject,areestablishedthroughaqualification-based
selectionprocessoutlinedinarequestforqualifications.
Thebillspecifiesthattheevaluationcriteriaincludespecialized
experience,technicalcompetence,pastperformance,andfactors
likecostcontrolandadherencetoschedules. Multiplemaster
agreementsmaybeawardedbasedonspecifiedcriteria,eachwitha
durationnotexceedingtwoyearsandatotalvaluenotexceeding$1
millionperyear.
