Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note for these agencies. Officials from the University of Missouri Health Care (MUHC) have reviewed the proposed legislation and determined that as written it should not create expenses in excess of $100,000 annually. Oversight assumes the costs incurred by the MUHC related to this proposal can be absorbed within current resource levels. Oversight only reflects the responses received from state agencies and political subdivisions; however, hospitals were requested to respond to this proposed legislation but did not.
