insurancepoliciesincludinggovernmentplansthataredelivered,
issuedfordelivery,continued,orrenewedonorafterJanuary1,
2026.
TheDepartmentofSocialServicesmuststudytheimpactthatthe
childbirtheducationclasseshaveontheinfantandmaternal
mortalityofcertainpregnantwomen.Thestudymustbesubmitted
totheGeneralAssemblybyJanuary1,2028.
