ThisbillrequirestheDivisionofProbationandParolewithinthe
DepartmentofCorrectionstomaintainapublicwebpagecontaining
thenamesofalloffenderswhohavebeenfoundguiltyoforpled
guiltytomurderintheseconddegreeandhavebeenreleasedfrom
custodyoftheDepartmentofCorrectionsunderthesupervisionof
theDivision. TheDivisionmustupdatethepagewhenanoffender
onthelistisplacedunderthesupervisionoftheDivision,is
releasedfromthatsupervision,orrelocatestothisstateunder
theInterstateCompactforadultoffendersupervision.
