State.InformationrequiredtobesubmittedtotheSecretaryof
Stateisprovidedinstatute. Knowinglyfailingtoregisterwith
theSecretaryofStateisaclassthreeelectionoffense.
Thisbillrepealsalloftherequirementsdescribedabove.
