scopeoftheprovider'slicenseorcertificate.
Thehealthbenefitplancannotdiscriminateagainstahealthcare
providerbasedontheprovider'slicensurewithrespectto
reimbursementorparticipationinanyplanorinsuranceprogram.
Thisbillrequiresahealthcareprovidertobereimbursedatthe
samerateforthesameserviceaslongastheserviceiswithinthe
provider'sscopeofpractice.
