No. 0977H.01P Bill No. Perfected HB 313 Page 3 of March 25, 2025 KP:LR:OD FISCAL ANALYSIS ASSUMPTION § 190.101 - Provisions relating to the State Advisory Council on Emergency Medical Services Officials from the Department of Commerce and Insurance, the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Department of Social Services, the Office of the Governor and the City of Kansas City each assume the proposal will have no fiscal impact on their respective organizations. Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note for these agencies. Officials from the University of Missouri Health Care (MUHC) have reviewed the proposed legislation and determined that as written it should not create expenses in excess of $100,000 annually. Oversight assumes the costs incurred by the MUHC related to this proposal can be absorbed within current resource levels. Oversight only reflects the responses received from state agencies and political subdivisions; however, other cities, fire protection districts, ambulance and EMS districts and hospitals were requested to respond to this proposed legislation but did not.
