Currently,vehiclesmustyieldtheright-of-waytoapproaching
emergencyvehiclesthathavetheirsirenorlightsactive,and
must,totheextentpossible,makealanechangeandslowdownwhen
passingastationaryemergencyvehiclethathasitssirenorlights
active.Thisbillexpandsthedefinitionof"emergencyvehicle"to
includevehiclesoperatedbycountyandmunicipalparkrangers.
