106bodyofeachsuchcity.Expendituresmaybemadefromthefundforanyfunctions 107authorizedintheordinanceororderadoptedbythegoverningbodysubmittingthetaxtothe 108voters. 109 6.Thedirectorofthedepartmentofrevenuemaymakerefundsfromtheamountsin 110thetrustfundandcreditedtoanycityforerroneouspaymentsandoverpaymentsmade,and 111mayredeemdishonoredchecksanddraftsdepositedtothecreditofsuchcities.Ifanycity 112abolishesthetax,thecityshallnotifythedirectorofthedepartmentofrevenueoftheactionat
