SectionA.Chapter105,RSMo,isamendedbyaddingtheretoonenewsection,tobe
2knownassection105.009,toreadasfollows:
105.009.1.Notwithstandinganyotherprovisionoflawtothecontrary,itshall
2notbeaviolationofthischapteroranyotherstatelaborlaworstatuteforastate
3agency,statedepartment,ordivisionthereoftoapproveandadoptanalternative,
4compressedworkweekscheduleofafour-dayworkweekcomposedoftenhoursaday.
5Stateagencies,departments,ordivisionsthereofmayallowanalternativeten-hour,
6four-dayworkweekifitisdeemedappropriatebythedirectororotherappropriate
7authority.
8 2.Ifastateholidayfallsonastateemployee'sregularlyscheduledten-hour
9workday,theemployeeshallnotberequiredtouseannualleavetomakeupthe
10differencebetweentheeighthoursofcreditedholidaytimeandtheemployee'sregularly
11scheduledten-hourday.
