2subdivisionsfromenactingmorestringentordinancesorrules.]1.Thestatepreemptsthe
3fieldofregulatingthesaleoftobaccoproducts,alternativenicotineproducts,andvapor
4productsincluding,butnotlimitedto,localordinancesdealingwithingredients,setting
5theagetosellorpurchaseovertwenty-oneyearsofage,licensingbans,andproduct
6bans,andtheprovisionsofsections407.924to407.934shallsupersedeanylocallaws,
7ordinances,orders,rules,orregulationsenactedbyacounty,municipality,orother
