StreetLightingFund",theDepartmentofEconomicDevelopmentmust
usethemoneystopaytheState'sportionformatchinggrantsand
makeannualmatchinggrantsavailabletocitiesandcountiesona
perlightbasiswithtwo-thirdspaidbytheStateandone-third
paidbythecityorcounty.TheState'sportionmaynotexceed
$2,000perstreetlight.
