theonsetofprenatalcareandthroughoutthepregnancy. The
DepartmentofHealthandSeniorServicesmustestablishguidelines
forthispurposeandmakethemavailableonitswebsite.
Anypregnantwomanfoundtohaveamentaldisorderormental
illnesswillbeprovidedorreferredfortreatment. TheDepartment
mustestablishaperinatalnavigatorprogramforthepurposeof
engagingpregnantwomeninearlyprenatalcareandproviding
referralforwraparoundservicesandhomevisitingprogramsinthe
localcommunity.
